How should I wash my KS LABEL clothing?
To keep your KS LABEL garments looking their best, we recommend the following care instructions:
- Wash cold and turn the garment inside out before washing
- Do not tumble dry
- If ironing is needed, iron inside out on a warm setting
Some garments may have slight marks from the printing pre-treatment process when they arrive. These are temporary and will disappear after the first wash.
Following these steps will help maintain the quality, fit, and print of your KS LABEL clothing.
AVAILABILITY & DROPS
Are quantities limited?
Each drop is produced in limited quantities. Core styles are available on an ongoing basis, but limited colourways and seasonal drops won't always be restocked. Sign up to be first to know about new releases.
Will sold-out styles be restocked?
Not always. Some styles and colourways are seasonal and won't return. Core styles are ongoing. If a style you want is sold out, get in touch at hello@kslabelcollective.com and we'll let you know if a restock is planned
Is KS Label an ongoing brand?
Yes – KS Label is a growing streetwear label built for the long game. The core collection is the foundation — available on an ongoing basis. Limited edition drops are released seasonally and around significant events in women's football culture. Each limited release is designed with intention and won't be reproduced once it's gone.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We ship both within Australia and internationally.
Do international orders incur customs fees?
Yes. Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the parcel arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
KS Label does not collect or control these charges and cannot estimate what they may be.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the order will not be refunded.
How long does shipping take?
All KS Label orders are made to order and printed fresh in Melbourne. The timeframes below are total — from the moment you order to delivery at your door.
Australia:
- Standard – 10–14 business days
- Express – 4–6 business days
International:
- New Zealand – 12–17 business days
- UK & Europe – 17–27 business days
- USA & Canada – 17–27 business days
- Rest of world – 22–37 business days
Rural and regional areas may require additional time. You'll receive a tracking update once your order leaves production. If you haven't heard within 7 business days of ordering, contact us at hello@kslabelcollective.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As all KS Label products are made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed — including incorrect size selection.
If you need to make a change, contact us at hello@kslabelcollective.com as soon as possible after ordering. We'll do our best to assist before production begins, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the production queue.
If your order has already been produced and the size isn't right, we do offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. See the size exchange question below for full details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all Australian orders over AU$150. International orders: shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
All KS Label products are made to order and printed fresh in Melbourne. Because of this, our policy reflects how we produce.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, including no longer wanting the item, ordering the wrong product, or personal preference on colour or style. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and returned in original packaging. Return postage is at your expense. See the size exchange question below for full details.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@kslabelcollective.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. Return shipping is covered by KS Label where a fault is confirmed.
Please note: as items are printed to order, minor variations in colour, texture, or print placement are a normal part of the production process and are not considered faults.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Return postage is at your expense via a tracked service. Email hello@kslabelcollective.com with your order number and the size you need. Wait for confirmation before sending anything back. Once received and inspected, your exchange will be dispatched within 7 business days.

No. KS Label is a streetwear label founded by Matildas footballer Kyah Simon — not event merchandise or a promotional range. Every piece is designed with intention, built to last, and connected to the culture of women's football beyond any single moment or tournament.
Where are your garments made?
All KS Label garments are designed and printed in Melbourne, Australia.
What does KS Label stand for?
KS Label was founded by Kyah Simon — professional footballer, Matildas player, and someone who has lived inside the culture of women's football her whole career. The label exists for those who feel part of the game, on the pitch, in the stands, and everywhere in between. Considered design. Quiet confidence. Pieces that mean something.
