Shipping policy
Order Processing
All KS Label Collective products are made to order and printed fresh in Melbourne by our production partner. Once your order is placed it goes straight into production — please allow 7 business days for standard production or 3 business days if you select express, before your order is dispatched. During peak periods, production times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We ship within Australia and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes (AU)
- Standard — 10–14 business days total (production + delivery)
- Express — 4–6 business days total (production + delivery)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or peak demand periods.

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Made To Order Information
As each item is produced specifically for you, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun.
We take care to ensure all items meet our quality standards before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, and carrier processing charges depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. KS Label does not cover these costs.
To give you a rough idea of what to expect, here are estimates by region. These are guides only — actual charges vary depending on your order value, how customs classifies the goods, and your country's current import rules:
- UK — import duty (~12%) plus VAT (20%) typically applies on orders over £135. Below this threshold, VAT only may apply.
- New Zealand — generally low duty exposure. GST (15%) may apply on some orders.
- USA — duties and taxes now apply to all imports into the US regardless of order value.
- Canada — import duty (~18%) and GST (5%) typically apply. Provincial taxes may also be added.
- Rest of world — we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:
- UK & Europe — 10–20 business days
- USA & Canada — 10–20 business days
- New Zealand — 5–10 business days
- Rest of world — 15–30 business days
These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. KS Label does not collect or control these charges. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs duties, the order will not be refunded.

Delivery Issues
KS Label Collective is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Carrier delays outside our control
- Natural events or service disruptions
