Refund policy

At KS Label, every piece is made to order — printed fresh in Melbourne just for you. Because of this, our policy reflects the nature of how we produce.


Change of Mind

As our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:

  • No longer wanting the item
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Personal preference on colour or style

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Size Exchanges

We understand sizing can be tricky. If you need to exchange for a different size, we're happy to help — subject to the following conditions.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Be in its original condition with all tags still attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be requested within 14 days of delivery

Size exchanges are at the customer's expense. Please send your item back using a tracked postal service — KS Label is not responsible for items lost in transit.

To request a size exchange, email us at hello@kslabelcollective.com with your order number and the size you need. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be dispatched within 7 business days.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@kslabelcollective.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Where an item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are covered by KS Label.

Please note: the 7-day notification window is intended to support prompt resolution and does not limit your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the ACL.


Print-on-Demand & Product Variations

As all items are printed to order, minor variations in colour, texture, or print placement may occur. These are a normal part of the production process and are not considered faults. Such variations do not qualify for a refund or replacement.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where an item is faulty, incorrect, or a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law.
